What do I need to know when purchasing tickets to LA28?

Q: What is the maximum number of tickets I can purchase?
A: Each registered person can purchase up to 12 tickets across all sports and sessions, with the exception of Football (Soccer) and Opening and Closing Ceremonies. You are permitted to purchase up to 12 Football (Soccer) tickets, which do not count toward your general 12-ticket maximum. For Opening and Closing Ceremonies, there is a four-ticket limit per ceremony per account, and these tickets do count toward your general 12-ticket maximum. 

Q: When I purchase my tickets, will I get to select my seat? 
A: When you are purchasing your tickets, you will be able to select your ticket category–not your exact seat. A ticket category refers to a price-tiered section of seating within the venue. You will not know your exact seat location at the time of purchase. Your seat will be assigned to you closer to Games time. We cannot guarantee consecutive seating when purchasing multiple tickets to a session in the same ticket category, but we will do our best to assign seats made in the same transaction together.

LA28 or the relevant venue authorities may determine and change the seat location for a given ticket at any time, including after purchase and on the day of the event, provided that the new seat is in the same ticket category or in a category with a higher face value (only if a seat in your originally selected category is unavailable).

Q: If I indicated my favorite sports during registration, can I only buy tickets to those events?
A: No, if selected from the draw, you can shop all available sports and sessions during your time slot, subject to availability. 

Q: If I buy multiple tickets for one session, will all the seats be next to each other?
A: We cannot guarantee consecutive seating when purchasing multiple tickets to a session in the same ticket category, but we will do our best to assign seats made in the same transaction together.

Q: Will I be able to purchase ticket insurance if I'm not sure I'll be able to attend certain sessions?
A: Yes, after your purchase you will be able to purchase ticket insurance with Allianz Ticket Protection.

Q: What time zone will sessions be listed in when I'm purchasing tickets?
A: All session times will be listed in the local time zone of the venue which is indicated by Local Time. This means that start and end times are listed according to the time zone of the venue where the session is taking place. Use the listed location of the venue to check the venue's time zone to determine the session's start and end time.

Q: What is the refund policy?
A: All ticket sales are final and non-cancellable. If an event is later canceled and will not be rescheduled, you are entitled to a refund. If an event is rescheduled to a different day, the ticket may be used to attend the rescheduled event or a refund option may be made available in accordance with applicable law. If an event is rescheduled on the same day as originally scheduled (either an advanced or delayed session), no refund will be provided, but the ticket may be used to attend the rescheduled event. Attendance is verified by ticket scan at the applicable event.
