Beach Cleanup with Heal the Bay

LA28's first community volunteer event was held in partnership with Heal the Bay in December 2025. This inaugural event was a part of LA28's Resilience Champions initiative, which drives investment in a more resilient Los Angeles.

Sepulveda Basin Cleanup with Friends of the LA River

The LA28 Volunteer Crew joined Friends of the LA River (FoLAR) in the Sepulveda Basin to support habitat restoration and the removal of invasive species near the Los Angeles River.
