LOS ANGELES RAMS SUCCESSFULLY DELIVER 1,000 TICKETS TO LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS IN LA28 COMMUNITY TICKET PROGRAM

Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay announced the first 10 recipient organizations of the Rams' $5 million donation to the LA28 Community Ticket Program in his post-practice press conference at Rams training camp on July 27.  

The 10 local community organizations, who all had representatives present during the announcement, will receive a combined 1,000 free tickets to distribute within their membership. Recipient groups include A Place Called Home, After-School All-Stars, Al Wooten Jr. Youth Center, Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro LA, Brotherhood Crusade, Heart of Los Angeles, Project Blue, Social Justice Learning Institute, Swim Up Hill and YMCA of Metro LA. Ticket recipients will attend either Flag Football in its Olympic debut at Exposition Park Stadium or Swimming at 2028 Stadium, the home venue of the Rams built by team Owner and Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke.

"The Rams are excited to be able to partner with LA28," said Rams Head Coach Sean McVay. "I think one of the cool things about this organization, starting with our Owner/Chairman Mr. Kroenke, is that he's always interested in seeing how we can use this platform to give back, be a part of this community to make positive impacts and be a part of positive change."
“We are very proud to jointly present these local organizations with the opportunity to make their communities part of the LA28 Games,” said Erikk Aldridge, LA28 Vice President of Impact and Legacy. “The Rams' donation to our Community Ticket Program is a great starting point, helping us create access to Games competitions directly for local neighborhoods and youth development organizations.”

The LA28 Community Ticket Program, which launched last November with the Rams' inaugural donation, is rooted in LA28's commitment to ensuring that the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games are accessible to and reflective of the city and people of Los Angeles. LA28 invites individuals, organizations, and community leaders to participate in this effort to fund ticket donations for local organizations.
