Riviera Country Club is a privately operated championship Golf course that’s ranked amongst the top 25 courses in the United States and the top 50 courses in the world. It has hosted the PGA Tour's annual competition in LA since 1973 and the 1983 and 1995 PGA Championships. It will host the 2026 U.S. Women's Open, as well as the 2031 U.S. Men's Open. At the 1932 Olympic Games, it hosted parts of the Equestrian and Modern Pentathlon competitions, and it will evolve its Olympic legacy as the Golf host in 2028. ​
