Golf

Olympic Golf is a sport of precision and strategy in which players use clubs to advance a ball over 18 holes in as few strokes as possible. Each hole is unique and provides a variety of challenging obstacles to add to the difficulty of the game. At the Olympic level, Golf follows a stroke-play format, featuring four 18-hole rounds of play. The player with the lowest 72-hole total at the end of four rounds will be the gold medalist. Golf was one of the earliest sports to include both men's and women's events at the Olympics, starting at the 1904 Games. Golf at LA28 will make history yet again, introducing a mixed team event for the first time, featuring two-person teams of men and women playing over 36 holes.
A female golfer is captured mid-swing on a bright, sunny day. She is dressed in a white long-sleeve shirt, a matching skirt, and a dark blue visor with the letters "USA" visible on her outfit. The backdrop features a clear blue sky with scattered white clouds and green trees framing the scene. The perspective is low to the ground, with green grass in the foreground.
